Frank Noyes has over 40 years insurance industry experience, with a background in commercial lines underwriting and business development working for both carriers and mga operations.  

 

Over his long career Frank has built long lasting relationships with clients and colleagues by fulfilling his commitments to them and striving with integrity to provide exceptional service.

 

He is a graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta with a BBA major in Risk Management and Insurance.

 

Frank has earned the following industry designations:

CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter), CPL (Certified Programs Leader), AAI (Accredited Advisor in Insurance), ACI (Associate in Captive Insurance), ARe (Associate in Reinsurance); ARM (Associate in Risk Management) and ASLI (Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance).

 

In April of 2018 Frank established his consulting business with a primary focus on three distinct areas :

1. Program placement advisory services

2. Underwriting audits and due diligence reviews

3. Serving as an expert witness for commercial casualty related litigation
